Every health journey using the Spinal Flow technique starts with a clear understanding about your health goals and listening to your body’s natural gateways.

Regular 45-minute sessions in the Halsa health studios will guide you – with the support of practitioner Jane – through the Spinal Flow process. After 6 weeks, we will reevaluate your progress.

A moment of self reflection and celebration marks the 12 week point. We sit down, relfect on your health jounrey, and discuss how Spinal Flow can continue to be part of your life.

Don’t worry, there will always be 45-minute sessions that are bookable in the studio to ensure your health remains in crystal-clear focus.
